Job Description

We are seeking a highly meticulous Records Management Assistant to join the New York State Department of Taxation and Finance in Albany. Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately organize, classify, and file a high volume of physical and digital records.

Required Skills

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in an office or administrative support role.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
