Job Description
Are you a highly motivated individual with a keen eye for detail and a passion for visual storytelling? Keller Williams Realty Milwaukee North Shore is seeking a Real Estate Photography Assistant to join our creative team. This is an exciting entry-level opportunity for someone eager to learn the craft of real estate photography and videography from the ground up. No prior professional experience is required; we are committed to providing comprehensive training to the right candidate. You will play a crucial role in capturing the essence of properties, helping us showcase homes in the best possible light for our marketing efforts. Key Responsibilities
- Assist lead photographers and videographers on location shoots, including setting up and breaking down equipment.
- Learn and apply best practices for various lighting conditions and property types.
- Help with staging and preparing properties for optimal visual presentation.
- Transport equipment safely to and from various job sites within the Milwaukee area.
- Organize and maintain photography and videography equipment.
- Learn basic photo and video editing techniques as needed.
- Adhere to strict timelines and schedules for property shoots.
- Communicate effectively with real estate agents and homeowners.
- Contribute creative ideas to enhance property visuals.
- Perform other related duties as assigned to support the marketing department.
Required Skills
- Strong interest in photography and real estate.
- Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Ability to lift and carry photography equipment (up to 25 lbs).
- Punctual, dependable, and highly organized.

Preferred Qualifications
- Basic familiarity with camera equipment (even smartphone photography).

- Previous customer service experience.
- A portfolio of personal photography (even amateur) demonstrating creative potential.
