Job Description
Join our dedicated grounds team as a Race Track Paddock Cleaner, ensuring the pristine condition of our outdoor facilities. This vital role involves maintaining cleanliness and order in the race track paddocks, requiring an individual who is comfortable with outdoor work, capable of early morning starts, and committed to upholding high standards of hygiene and presentation. Full training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for reliable individuals keen to work in a dynamic outdoor environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and tidy designated race track paddock areas before, during, and after events.
- Collect and dispose of waste, litter, and debris responsibly.
- Sweep, wash, and disinfect surfaces as required.
- Operate basic cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards observed.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
Required Skills
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of hygiene and safety practices.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in an outdoor cleaning or maintenance role.
- Familiarity with waste management procedures.
- Residency within the Wembley or surrounding Brent area.
