Job Description
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and welcoming Receptionist to join our team at Serenity Touch Wellness Center. This full-time position operates Monday through Friday, ensuring a consistent schedule and a relaxed work environment. You will be the first point of contact for our valued clients, playing a crucial role in creating a positive experience from the moment they walk through our doors. Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet clients and visitors upon arrival, ensuring a pleasant first impression.
- Manage appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations efficiently.
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle general inquiries professionally.
- Process client payments and maintain accurate transaction records.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and waiting room.
- Assist therapists with client intake forms and preparation as needed.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory monitoring.
- Provide information about our services, packages, and membership options.
- Ensure client confidentiality and provide exceptional customer service at all times.
Required Skills
