Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated PR Account Intern to join our team for a media outreach placement. This is an exceptional opportunity for an aspiring PR professional to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced agency setting. You will learn the fundamentals of public relations, with a specific focus on media relations, outreach strategies, and supporting client accounts. No prior experience is required; we are looking for a eager learner who is passionate about communication and ready to dive in. Full training and mentorship will be provided by our experienced team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist PR Account Executives with daily media monitoring and news tracking.
- Support in developing and maintaining media lists, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
- Draft media alerts, press releases, and pitches under supervision.
- Conduct research for client campaigns and industry trends.
- Assist with media outreach, including initial contact and follow-up with journalists.
- Organize and maintain PR materials and databases.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions for new campaign ideas.
- Prepare reports on media coverage and campaign performance.
