Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Poultry Farm Hand for indoor work at our facility in Campbelltown, NSW. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking for stable, full-time employment with weekly pay and a consistent work environment. No prior experience in poultry farming is required as full training will be provided to ensure you gain the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in this role. You will be an integral part of our farm operations, ensuring the health and well-being of our poultry in a clean and controlled indoor setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily health checks and monitoring of poultry.
- Ensure consistent feeding and watering schedules are maintained.
- Carry out routine cleaning and sanitisation of poultry houses and equipment.
- Assist with egg collection and sorting as required.
- Follow strict biosecurity protocols and animal welfare guidelines.
- Report any unusual observations or issues to the farm supervisor promptly.
- Operate basic farm equipment safely after receiving training.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area.
