Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and dynamic Pop-up Shop Brand Representatives to join our team on temporary contracts in Derry/Londonderry. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about fashion, enjoy interacting with people, and are eager to represent a leading global brand. As a Brand Representative, you will be the face of Superdry at our pop-up locations, engaging with customers, showcasing our latest collections, and driving sales. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on retail experience, connect with our diverse customer base, and earn weekly pay.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively engage with customers to introduce Superdry products and promotions.
- Educate customers on product features, benefits, and brand story.
- Assist customers with product selection and provide exceptional styling advice.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Maintain the visual merchandising standards of the pop-up shop, ensuring it is tidy and appealing.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
- Collect customer feedback and report insights to the management team.
- Achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
- Ensure a positive and memorable brand experience for all visitors.
