Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Organizational Psychology Intern to join our dynamic Human Resources and Organizational Development team in Portsmouth. This entry-level internship offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in applying organizational psychology principles to real-world workplace challenges. You will contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing employee experience, fostering a positive culture, and improving overall organizational effectiveness. No prior professional experience in this field is required; full training and mentorship will be provided by our experienced team members, ensuring a supportive and enriching learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the research and analysis of best practices in workplace culture, employee engagement, and organizational development.
  • Support the design and implementation of internal surveys and feedback mechanisms to gauge employee sentiment and identify areas for improvement.
  • Contribute to the development of workshops, training materials, and communication strategies related to culture initiatives.
  • Help collect and interpret data to inform evidence-based recommendations for enhancing employee well-being and productivity.
  • Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions, offering fresh perspectives and ideas.
  • Conduct literature reviews on specific topics within organizational psychology as directed.
  • Provide administrative support for ongoing projects within the HR and OD department.
