Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Orchard Maintenance Technicians. This entry-level role is perfect for those who enjoy working outdoors and are keen to learn about orchard management. All necessary tools and equipment will be provided, and comprehensive training will be given on-site. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks crucial to the health and productivity of our orchards during day shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general orchard maintenance tasks including weeding, pruning, and thinning under supervision.
- Assist with irrigation system checks and basic repairs.
- Monitor plant health and report any signs of pests or diseases to the team leader.
- Support harvesting activities during peak seasons.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of orchard areas and equipment.
- Operate basic horticultural tools and machinery safely after training.
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and company policies.
Required Skills
- Physical fitness and ability to perform manual tasks for extended periods.
- Reliability and strong work ethic.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications
