Job Description
Join Connectability Australia as an Online Support Worker (NDIS Admin) and play a pivotal role in empowering NDIS participants. This is a rewarding Work From Home (WFH) opportunity where you will provide essential administrative support, assist with NDIS plan management, and ensure seamless communication within our supportive ecosystem. You will be instrumental in helping clients navigate their NDIS journey, coordinating services, and maintaining meticulous records. We are looking for individuals with strong organisational skills, empathy, and a keen eye for detail who are eager to contribute to a positive impact from the comfort of their home. Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support for NDIS participants and their plans.
- Assist clients with understanding and implementing their NDIS plans.
- Coordinate appointments, services, and meetings between participants, support workers, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with NDIS guidelines.
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms in a timely and professional manner.
- Liaise with NDIS planners, local area coordinators, and other service providers.
- Manage scheduling and track service delivery to ensure consistency and quality.
- Contribute to a supportive and positive team environment through effective communication.
