Job Description
Are you looking for a physically active role with immediate start and weekly pay? Britannia Movers International in Plymouth is seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as Movers / General Labourers. No previous experience in removals is required – we provide full, comprehensive training to ensure you have all the skills needed to succeed. This is an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals who enjoy working as part of a team and are looking for a stable, full-time position. You will play a crucial role in helping individuals and families transition to new homes, ensuring their belongings are safely packed, transported, and unloaded with care.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently pack, load, and unload household and office furniture and belongings.
- Disassemble and reassemble furniture as required.
- Handle items with care, ensuring no damage during transit.
- Work collaboratively with a team to complete moves on schedule.
- Maintain a professional and courteous attitude with clients.
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and company policies.
- Assist with general warehouse duties when not on a removal job.
- Perform vehicle checks and assist with basic maintenance if trained.

- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and carrying heavy items.

Preferred Qualifications
- Full UK Driving Licence (Class B)
