Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and punctual Morning Driver to join our team on a part-time roster in Karratha, Western Australia. This role involves safely transporting goods and materials to various destinations within the Karratha region. You will be an integral part of our daily operations, ensuring timely deliveries and contributing to our high standards of service. Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles for morning delivery routes.
- Load and unload goods, ensuring secure transit.
- Follow designated routes and delivery schedules.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and vehicle records.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety procedures.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers.
- Assist with general warehouse duties as required.
Required Skills
- Valid Australian Driver's License (Class C or higher).
- Clean driving record.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and loading.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety checks.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a delivery or transport role.
- Knowledge of the Karratha and Pilbara region.
- Forklift license (LF) or willingness to obtain.
- Current First Aid certification.
