Job Description
Join the Norco team in Hervey Bay as a Casual Milk Run Offsider! This entry-level role is perfect for early risers who are physically fit, reliable, and looking for flexible work. You’ll be an essential part of our distribution team, assisting our drivers with the loading, unloading, and delivery of fresh milk and dairy products to various retailers and businesses across the Hervey Bay region. No prior experience is required, as full on-the-job training will be provided. This is a fantastic opportunity to start your career in logistics with a renowned Australian company.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist drivers with the safe and efficient loading and unloading of dairy products from the delivery vehicle.
- Navigate delivery routes and assist with accurate product placement at customer locations.
- Verify delivery manifests and ensure correct product quantities are delivered.
- Maintain a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness within the vehicle.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and traffic regulations.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, depot staff, and customers.
- Assist with basic vehicle checks and reporting any issues.

- Physical fitness and ability to lift and carry heavy items repeatedly.
- Reliability and punctuality for early morning shifts.
