Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately document patient encounters, medical histories, physical exams, diagnostic tests, treatment plans, and other clinical data into the electronic health record (EHR) in real-time during patient visits.
  • Accompany physicians during patient examinations to facilitate documentation.
  • Ensure all documentation is precise, thorough, and compliant with hospital standards and regulations.
  • Anticipate physician needs for information, charts, or other data during patient encounters.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to all data protection policies (e.g., GDPR).
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks as required to support the clinical team.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development sessions.
