Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
- Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and exercise as per their care plan.
- Administer medication accurately following training and established protocols.
- Prepare nutritious and appetizing meals, considering dietary restrictions and preferences.
- Perform light housekeeping duties, laundry, and ensure a clean, tidy, and safe living environment.
- Offer companionship, engage clients in stimulating activities, and support their social well-being.
- Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and social outings.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in the client's condition.
- Ensure client safety and respond promptly to any emergencies.
