Job Description
NatWest Group is seeking a dedicated and organized Filing Clerk to join our administration team in Edinburgh. This entry-level role is crucial for maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of our document management systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing, storing, and retrieving various types of documents, ensuring all records are easily accessible and compliant with company policies and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities
- Sort, classify, and file all incoming and outgoing documents accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain and update existing filing systems, both physical and digital.

- Assist with document scanning, indexing, and data entry tasks.
