Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Federal Logistics & Supply Chain Assistant to join our team in Colorado Springs. This is an entry-level position perfect for individuals eager to start a career in federal supply chain management. No prior experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided. You will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient flow of goods and services for federal contracts, contributing to critical operations. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the tracking and management of inventory, ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal regulations.
  • Support the preparation and processing of shipping and receiving documentation.
  • Learn and apply federal procurement and logistics policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to facilitate timely material movement.
  • Maintain organized records and databases related to supply chain activities.
  • Participate in physical inventory counts and reconciliation processes.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the logistics department.
  • Perform general administrative tasks as required to support team operations.
