Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Equestrian Center Event Assistant to join our team for weekend horse shows. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation and success of our events, providing support across various functions from setup to guest services. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the setup and breakdown of event arenas, stalls, and spectator areas.
  • Provide general assistance to competitors, visitors, and vendors, answering queries and directing as needed.
  • Help manage event logistics, including parking, crowd flow, and access control.
  • Support judges and officials with equipment and administrative tasks during competitions.
  • Monitor designated areas for cleanliness and safety, reporting any issues promptly.
  • Handle light equipment and supplies, ensuring they are in the correct place.
  • Act as a point of contact for emergency situations, liaising with senior staff.
  • Ensure all event signage and information points are clear and visible.

  • Basic first aid certification
