Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated E-commerce Product Uploader to join our team on a casual basis in Campbelltown, NSW. This role offers the flexibility to choose your hours, making it ideal for individuals looking for work-life balance or supplementary income. You will be responsible for accurately adding new products to our online store, ensuring all product information, images, and categories are correctly assigned. Full training on our internal e-commerce platform will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Upload new product listings to the Harvey Norman e-commerce platform.
- Ensure all product details, descriptions, specifications, and pricing are accurate and up-to-date.
- Source, resize, and upload high-quality product images according to brand guidelines.
- Categorize products correctly to enhance searchability and user experience.
- Perform quality checks on uploaded products to identify and correct any errors.
- Collaborate with merchandising and marketing teams to ensure consistency in product presentation.
- Maintain product data integrity across the e-commerce system.
Required Skills
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in using web-based applications.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
- Good communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience with data entry or content management systems (CMS).
