Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Day Shift Floor Staff to join our dynamic team on a part-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a vibrant hospitality environment and providing exceptional service. As Day Shift Floor Staff, you will be an integral part of our front-of-house operations, ensuring our guests have a pleasant and seamless experience. Full training will be provided, so no prior experience in hospitality is necessary – just a great attitude and a willingness to learn!
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon their arrival
- Assist guests with seating and menu inquiries
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and drinks to tables with a friendly demeanor
- Clear tables and reset them for new guests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and bar
- Assist with basic bar duties, such as restocking and glass cleaning
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor issues promptly and courteously
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus
