Job Description
Join our dynamic team at McDonald’s Wollongong as a Day Shift Burger Hand for casual work! This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience in a fast-paced and fun environment. No prior experience is required, as full training will be provided to ensure you are confident and capable in your role. You will be responsible for preparing high-quality burgers and other menu items during day shifts, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and adhering to our strict food safety standards. We’re looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and team-oriented individuals eager to learn and contribute to a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare food items, especially burgers, according to McDonald's standards and recipes during day shifts
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, including equipment and utensils
- Adhere strictly to food safety and hygiene regulations
- Manage inventory and ensure ingredients are fresh and readily available
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Provide excellent service by ensuring food quality and timely preparation
