Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time, 100% remote position, offering the flexibility to work from your home office. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately inputting large volumes of data from various sources into our internal systems.
- Verifying data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency, identifying and correcting discrepancies.
- Maintaining and updating databases with new information as required.
- Organizing and prioritizing workload to meet daily and weekly deadlines.
- Adhering to strict data confidentiality and security protocols.
- Communicating effectively with team members regarding data-related issues.
Required Skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven ability to type quickly and accurately (typing speed assessment may be required)
- Proficiency in using basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and maintain focus in a remote work environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in a data entry or administrative role is a plus, but not essential as training will be provided
- Familiarity with financial services terminology or systems
- High school diploma or equivalent
