Job Description
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Corporate Cafeteria Cashier to join our team in Crewe. This full-time, on-site position offers the convenience of a Monday to Friday schedule with no evening or weekend shifts, allowing for a great work-life balance. You will be responsible for processing transactions accurately, handling cash and card payments, and providing excellent customer service to our employees and guests in our bustling corporate cafeteria. This role is ideal for someone with a positive attitude and a commitment to service, looking for a stable position in a prestigious environment. Full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately process all cash, credit, and debit card transactions using the POS system.
- Maintain a clean and organized cashier station.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service to all cafeteria patrons.
- Assist with basic food and beverage stocking and display as needed.
- Reconcile cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Adhere to all company policies and food safety standards.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve minor issues promptly and courteously.
