Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and motivated Civil Labourers to join our dynamic team on critical infrastructure projects in and around Bathurst, NSW. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to contribute to significant regional development, offering high pay rates and a chance to work on challenging and rewarding assignments. As a Civil Labourer, you will play a vital role in supporting our civil construction operations, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. Full training and ongoing support will be provided to help you succeed in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespersons with various civil construction tasks.
- Perform site preparation duties, including clearing, digging, and trenching.
- Operate and maintain hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload materials, ensuring proper storage and handling.
- Maintain a clean and organised worksite.
- Adhere strictly to all site safety regulations and procedures.
- Support traffic management activities as required.
- Perform general labouring duties as directed by the site supervisor.

Preferred Qualifications
- White Card (Construction Induction Card) is highly desirable
- Previous experience on a civil construction site (even limited)
- First Aid certification
- Driver's license and reliable transportation
- Experience with basic hand and power tools
