Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and self-motivated Bus Shelter Glass Cleaner for a mobile, independent role within Downtown Houston. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, managing their own route, and taking pride in their work. You will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and presentation of bus shelter glass panels, contributing to a positive public experience and maintaining our advertising assets. Full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Travel independently to assigned bus shelter locations within Downtown Houston.
- Thoroughly clean glass panels of bus shelters, removing grime, graffiti, and other obstructions.
- Inspect shelters for damage and report any issues to supervisors promptly.
- Maintain an organized cleaning kit and ensure proper use and storage of equipment.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company guidelines at all times.
- Manage your daily route efficiently to complete all assigned tasks.
- Represent Clear Channel Outdoor professionally in public spaces.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding progress and challenges.
Required Skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (company vehicle provided for routes).
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Basic communication skills.
- No prior experience required; full training will be provided.
Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in janitorial, cleaning, or outdoor maintenance roles (preferred but not required).
