Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our vibrant team as a Buffet Attendant. This Part-Time role offers reliable shifts, perfect for those looking for consistent work in a dynamic hotel environment. As a Buffet Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests enjoy a seamless and delightful dining experience at our renowned buffet. You will be responsible for setting up, maintaining, and clearing buffet stations, assisting guests with inquiries, and ensuring all food and beverage items are presented beautifully and replenished promptly. Full training will be provided to the right candidate with a positive attitude and a passion for hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and break down buffet stations according to hotel standards and service requirements.
- Monitor food levels and replenish items promptly, ensuring fresh and appealing presentation.
- Assist guests with inquiries, special requests, and provide information regarding buffet offerings.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the buffet area, including tables, serving utensils, and surrounding spaces.
- Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are strictly adhered to.
- Clear used dishes and cutlery from the buffet area and dining tables.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other service team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Anticipate guest needs and provide proactive, friendly, and efficient service.
