Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our dynamic team in Coventry with an immediate start. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals eager to dive into the hospitality industry. Full training will be provided, so no prior experience is necessary – just a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. You will be an integral part of creating memorable experiences for our guests, ensuring a lively and welcoming atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and responsibly.
- Handle cash and card payments accurately, operating till systems.
- Maintain a clean and organised bar area, including glassware and equipment.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and making recommendations.
- Adhere to all licensing laws and health and safety regulations.
- Restock bar supplies and assist with inventory management.
- Support other team members to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
