Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and service-oriented Banquet Hostess to join our dynamic team. As a Banquet Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for guests attending events and banquets, playing a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and delightful experience. Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet guests upon arrival at banquet events and guide them to their assigned tables or areas.
- Manage guest lists, seating charts, and special requests efficiently.
- Assist with event setup and breakdown, ensuring all areas are neat and organized.
- Maintain a clean and presentable entrance and reception area.
- Liaise with banquet servers, kitchen staff, and event planners to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve minor issues with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Provide information about event schedules, facilities, and services as needed.
- Support the banquet team in delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Handle guest flow and crowd control effectively during peak times.
