Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and thorough individual to join our team as an Auto Parts Store Oil Spill Cleaner – Retail Maintenance in Great Falls, MT. This entry-level position is crucial for maintaining a safe, clean, and organized retail environment for both our customers and associates. You will be primarily responsible for the immediate and proper cleanup of various spills, with a specific focus on oil and automotive fluid spills, while also assisting with general store maintenance tasks. Full training will be provided to ensure you have the knowledge and tools to perform your duties safely and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and effectively to all fluid spills, especially oil and automotive fluids, adhering to company safety protocols.
- Utilize appropriate cleaning agents and equipment to thoroughly clean and neutralize spill areas, ensuring no residue or safety hazards remain.
- Properly dispose of hazardous waste materials in accordance with environmental regulations and company policies.
- Conduct routine inspections of the store floor, aisles, and service areas to identify potential spill risks or maintenance needs.
- Assist with general store cleanliness, including sweeping, mopping, and ensuring clear pathways.
- Report larger maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions to store management immediately.

- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift (up to 50 lbs), and handle cleaning equipment for extended periods.
