Job Description

No prior experience is required, as we provide comprehensive, hands-on training to equip you with all the skills needed to excel in this role. Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Answer incoming calls and direct them appropriately, taking messages where necessary.
- Handle guest inquiries, provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
- Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications efficiently.
- Process payments and maintain accurate guest accounts.
- Resolve guest concerns and complaints promptly and professionally, escalating issues as needed.
- Maintain a tidy and organised reception area.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
