Key Responsibilities
- Complete all aspects of the paid academy training program with dedication and a willingness to learn.
- Assist in the inspection of goods, vehicles, and passengers entering and exiting the UK to ensure compliance with customs laws.
- Process customs declarations and maintain accurate records of imports and exports.
- Identify and report suspicious activities or individuals to senior officers.
- Provide information and guidance to the public and trade partners regarding customs procedures.
- Utilize various systems and technologies for data entry, analysis, and communication.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues and other law enforcement agencies.
