Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Air Con Offsiders to join our busy team during the high summer demand season. As an Air Con Offsider, you will provide crucial support to our qualified technicians, assisting with the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems. Full training will be provided on the job, making this an ideal entry-level role for those with a strong work ethic and a desire to learn and contribute.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist qualified air conditioning technicians with installations, servicing, and repairs.
- Safely transport tools, equipment, and materials to and from job sites.
- Perform general labor duties, including site preparation and clean-up.
- Maintain a clean and organised work vehicle and tools.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Learn and apply basic HVAC principles and techniques under supervision.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients.
Required Skills
- Strong physical fitness and stamina for manual tasks.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
