Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Sparkie’s Assistant to join our construction support team in Shepparton. This ongoing, full-time position is ideal for individuals looking to kick-start their career in the electrical trade. As a Sparkie’s Assistant, you will work closely with qualified electricians, providing essential support on various construction projects. No prior electrical experience is required, as full training will be provided to help you develop valuable skills and knowledge in a safe and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist qualified electricians with various tasks on construction sites.
- Transport and organise tools, equipment, and materials as directed.
- Perform general site clean-up and maintenance to ensure a safe working environment.
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines diligently.
- Support in the preparation of conduits, wiring, and other electrical components.
- Learn and apply basic electrical principles and practices under supervision.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
