Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Fairground Ride Setup Helper! This full-time role involves assisting with the assembly, disassembly, and maintenance of fairground rides and attractions. You will travel extensively across Colombia, ensuring our events are set up safely and efficiently. No prior experience is required, as comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided. We offer competitive weekly pay and cover all travel accommodations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the safe and efficient assembly and disassembly of fairground rides and attractions.
  • Load and unload equipment, tools, and materials from transport vehicles.
  • Perform routine maintenance checks and ensure all components are in working order under supervision.
  • Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and company procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area at fairground sites.
  • Travel to various event locations throughout Colombia as required.
  • Work collaboratively with the setup team to meet project deadlines.
  • Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns immediately.

Required Skills

  • Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs / 23 kg).
  • Willingness to travel extensively and work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Strong work ethic and reliability.
  • Ability to follow instructions accurately and work effectively in a team environment.
  • A positive attitude and commitment to safety.
  • No prior experience required; full training provided.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in construction, manual labor, or event setup.
  • Basic knowledge of mechanics or electrical systems.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
