Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner, both face-to-face and over the phone.
- Learn to identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or direct them to the relevant specialist.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, adhering to all company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Handle customer enquiries, resolve issues, and provide information on bank products and services under supervision.
- Maintain high standards of customer confidentiality and data security.
- Actively participate in all training programmes and development workshops.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve branch objectives and uphold service standards.
- Support the branch team with general administrative tasks as required.
