Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a WFH Support Coordinator with a focus on community service. This is an incredible opportunity to make a real difference from the comfort of your home, supporting our customers and community initiatives. We are looking for empathetic and organized individuals who are passionate about helping others and can contribute to a positive customer experience. Full training will be provided to ensure you have all the tools and knowledge needed to succeed in this vital role.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional remote support to customers via phone and email, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Act as a first point of contact, guiding customers through processes and connecting them with appropriate resources.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely follow-up.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
- Stay informed about company products, services, and community engagement programs.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- High level of empathy and a genuine desire to help others.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.

- Understanding or experience with community service principles.
- Relevant certifications in customer service or administration.
- Familiarity with financial services is a plus, but not required.
