Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and organised Office Admin Support professional to join our team in Ipswich. This is a unique part-time opportunity specifically designed to accommodate school hours, running from 9:30 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday to Friday. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth daily operation of our office, providing essential administrative support across various departments. This position is ideal for someone looking to return to the workforce, seeking flexible hours to balance family commitments, or embarking on an administrative career journey. Full training will be provided to the successful candidate, focusing on our systems, procedures, and company culture. Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring timely distribution and dispatch.
- Organise and maintain physical and digital filing systems, ensuring accuracy and easy retrieval.
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and excellent customer service.
- Assist with data entry and maintain office databases.
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as required.
- Order and manage office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Support various departments with ad-hoc administrative tasks.
