Job Description
We are seeking an articulate and professional Exhibition Hostess to represent Mercure Traralgon and our esteemed clients at various high-profile professional events. This role is crucial for creating a welcoming and engaging atmosphere, ensuring smooth event operations, and enhancing the overall attendee experience. You will be the face of our events, providing information, guiding visitors, and maintaining a high standard of presentation and service. Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome event attendees, exhibitors, and VIPs.
- Provide accurate information regarding event schedules, venues, and specific exhibits.
- Direct attendees to various event areas, restrooms, and facilities.
- Assist with registration and check-in processes as needed, ensuring a smooth entry experience.
- Maintain a polished and professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Handle inquiries and resolve minor issues professionally and efficiently, escalating complex matters when necessary.
