Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as an Entry-Level Pipe Layer Assistant. This is an incredible opportunity for anyone looking to start a career in civil construction with no prior experience required. We provide full training and support to help you develop essential skills in pipe laying and civil infrastructure. You will work alongside experienced professionals, contributing to vital projects that support the growth and development of our communities. Key Responsibilities
- Assist experienced pipe layers with the installation, maintenance, and repair of various pipe systems (stormwater, sewer, water mains).
- Perform general labouring duties on civil construction sites, including excavation support, trenching, and backfilling.
- Handle and transport materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to all site safety protocols and procedures.
- Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision.
- Learn and apply site-specific safety regulations and environmental guidelines.
- Support the team in achieving project milestones and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

- Current White Card (Construction Induction Card) – training can be provided for successful candidates if not already held.
