Job Description

Timezone Traralgon is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as an Arcade Assistant. No prior experience is necessary – we believe in great attitudes and will provide full training to help you succeed! Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests with a friendly and positive attitude
- Explain game rules and assist with game malfunctions or inquiries
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the arcade floor and attractions
- Operate the prize counter, assisting guests with prize redemptions
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently
- Monitor game areas to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests
- Assist with party setups and general centre operations as required
- Restock prizes and ensure game machines are well-maintained
