Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior technicians with routine pool and spa cleaning and maintenance tasks.
- Learn to accurately test and balance pool water chemistry.
- Support the diagnosis and repair of various pool equipment, including pumps, filters, and chlorinators.
- Maintain meticulous records of services performed, chemical usage, and equipment status.
- Deliver excellent customer service, responding to client inquiries and providing clear communication.
- Adhere strictly to all workplace health and safety protocols and company procedures.
- Ensure service vehicles and equipment are kept clean, organised, and in good working order.
