Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist senior technicians with routine pool and spa cleaning and maintenance tasks.
  • Learn to accurately test and balance pool water chemistry.
  • Support the diagnosis and repair of various pool equipment, including pumps, filters, and chlorinators.
  • Maintain meticulous records of services performed, chemical usage, and equipment status.
  • Deliver excellent customer service, responding to client inquiries and providing clear communication.
  • Adhere strictly to all workplace health and safety protocols and company procedures.
  • Ensure service vehicles and equipment are kept clean, organised, and in good working order.
