Job Description
Are you passionate about beautiful jewellery and exceptional customer service? Chisholm Hunter is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Jewellers Assistant to join our esteemed team in Aberdeen. As a Jewellers Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our sales team, maintaining the impeccable standards of our showroom, and ensuring every customer enjoys a first-class shopping experience. Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with enquiries, providing excellent service and a welcoming atmosphere.
- Maintain the pristine appearance of the showroom and merchandise displays.
- Support the sales team by preparing items for viewing and assisting with sales transactions.
- Help with stock management, including receiving, ticketing, and organizing inventory.
- Perform light cleaning duties to ensure the store environment is always immaculate.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as processing paperwork and updating customer records.
- Learn about various jewellery pieces, diamonds, gemstones, and watches to confidently discuss them with customers.
- Uphold Chisholm Hunter's high standards of security and operational procedures.
