Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Clean and tidy guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and wiping surfaces.
- Replenish guest room supplies such as toiletries, towels, and mini-bar items.
- Clean bathrooms thoroughly, including showers, toilets, and sinks.
- Ensure all areas are cleaned to the highest standards of hygiene and presentation.
- Report any maintenance issues, damage, or missing items promptly.
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and company policies.
- Manage linen changes and ensure proper handling of laundry.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor with guests and colleagues.
