Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Limo / Executive Car Detailer to join our elite team. This role is crucial for maintaining the immaculate condition of our fleet of luxury vehicles, ensuring they always present a flawless appearance for our discerning clientele. The ideal candidate will possess an exceptional eye for detail, a deep understanding of high-end vehicle care, and a commitment to delivering superior results. You will be responsible for comprehensive interior and exterior detailing, requiring precision and the use of advanced techniques and equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform thorough exterior detailing, including washing, waxing, polishing, and applying protective coatings to high-end vehicles.
- Execute comprehensive interior detailing, including vacuuming, shampooing, stain removal, leather conditioning, and surface sanitization.
- Clean and condition vehicle wheels, tyres, and engine bays to the highest standards.
- Inspect vehicles for imperfections before and after detailing, ensuring all work meets Prestige Fleet Services' stringent quality benchmarks.
- Utilize and maintain specialized detailing equipment and premium automotive care products responsibly.
- Manage inventory of detailing supplies and report replenishment needs.
- Adhere strictly to health, safety, and environmental guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 24 months of professional vehicle detailing experience, preferably with luxury or executive vehicles.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for automotive aesthetics.
- Proficiency in various detailing techniques, including paint correction, polishing, and interior restoration.
- Knowledge of high-quality detailing products and their appropriate application.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
- Physical stamina to perform detailing tasks, which may involve standing, bending, and lifting.
- Valid UK driving license with a clean record.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification from a recognized detailing academy or association.
- Experience with ceramic coating application and advanced paint protection systems.
- Familiarity with luxury car brands and their specific care requirements.
