Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and prepare customer orders using a mobile scanning device
- Operate warehouse equipment such as electric pallet jacks (training provided) safely and efficiently
- Load and unload goods, ensuring correct product handling and placement
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment at all times
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures
- Work effectively as part of a team to meet daily productivity targets
- Assist with inventory checks and stock replenishment as needed
Required Skills
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliability and punctuality are essential
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Basic communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a physically active role (e.g., labouring, sports)
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations (not essential, training provided)
- Current Forklift Licence (LF) is an advantage, but not required
