Job Description

Rex Gorell Ballarat is seeking a meticulous and enthusiastic Private Car Groomer to join our dynamic team for weekend day shifts. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive cleaning and detailing services for a range of vehicles, ensuring they meet our high standards of presentation for our discerning clients. Key Responsibilities
- Perform thorough interior cleaning, including vacuuming, wiping surfaces, and window cleaning.
- Execute comprehensive exterior washes, including wheel and tire detailing.
- Apply waxes, polishes, and protective coatings to achieve a superior finish.
- Detail engine bays and other vehicle components as required.
- Inspect vehicles to ensure all cleaning and detailing standards are met before handover.
- Safely operate and maintain all cleaning equipment and products.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
- Adhere to company procedures and safety guidelines at all times.
Required Skills
- High level of energy and physical stamina for active work.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during shifts.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
- Valid Australian driver's license.
- Availability to work weekend day shifts as required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience (6+ months) in car detailing, cleaning, or a similar hands-on role.
- Knowledge of various car cleaning products, tools, and detailing techniques.
