Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Junior Legal Counsel to join our Corporate Law team on a professional development path. This entry-level role is perfect for a recent law graduate eager to build a foundational career in corporate legal practice within a large, dynamic organisation. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct legal research and analysis on various corporate law matters, including compliance, governance, and commercial contracts.

  • Provide preliminary legal advice and guidance to internal stakeholders on routine legal inquiries.
