Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Junior Legal Counsel to join our Corporate Law team on a professional development path. This entry-level role is perfect for a recent law graduate eager to build a foundational career in corporate legal practice within a large, dynamic organisation. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and analysis on various corporate law matters, including compliance, governance, and commercial contracts.
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of legal documents, agreements, and policies.
- Support senior legal counsel in managing corporate transactions and projects.
- Provide preliminary legal advice and guidance to internal stakeholders on routine legal inquiries.
- Assist with regulatory filings and ensure adherence to relevant legal frameworks.

Required Skills
- Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree or Juris Doctor (JD)
