Job Description
Join the dedicated team at Hyatt Hotels in Palmerston, ACT, as a Hotel Mini-Bar Attendant. This role offers a predictable and routine schedule, perfect for individuals seeking stable employment with light physical demands. You will be responsible for ensuring our guest rooms are fully stocked with mini-bar items, contributing directly to a pleasant and comfortable guest experience. Full training will be provided, making this an excellent entry-point into the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately check and restock mini-bar items in guest rooms according to established standards.
- Maintain accurate inventory records of mini-bar stock and usage.
- Identify and report any discrepancies, damaged items, or maintenance issues within the mini-bar area.
- Ensure all items are within their expiration dates and presented attractively.
- Assist with receiving and organizing mini-bar deliveries.
- Adhere to all hotel policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
