Job Description
As a Textile Folding & Bagging Operative at our Lincoln clothing factory, you will play a vital role in preparing our high-quality garments for distribution. This is an essential hands-on position requiring attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining our high standards. You will be responsible for accurately folding, bagging, and labelling textile products, ensuring they are perfectly presented and ready for the next stage in our supply chain. Full training will be provided to ensure you are confident and competent in all aspects of the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately fold a variety of textile products according to company standards.
- Efficiently bag and seal garments to protect them during transit.
- Apply correct labels and tags to finished products.
- Perform quality checks on folded and bagged items to identify any defects.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
- Assist with other general warehouse duties as required.
