Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Office Administrator in our Salford office. No prior office experience is required; we are looking for candidates with a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and strong communication skills. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth daily operations of our office, supporting various departments and contributing to a productive and welcoming workspace.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and mail distribution.
- Answering and directing phone calls, providing exceptional front-line support and information.
- Greeting visitors and clients, ensuring a professional and welcoming first impression.
- Assisting with scheduling appointments and managing meeting room bookings.
- Maintaining office supplies inventory, placing orders, and ensuring stock levels are adequate.
- Performing data entry, filing, and general clerical duties to support various departments.
- Supporting team members with diverse administrative tasks as required.
- Ensuring the reception area and common spaces are tidy and presentable at all times.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- A proactive and enthusiastic approach to daily tasks and learning.
- Basic proficiency in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Preferred Qualifications
- GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent qualifications).
